The outstanding chemical and physical features of PTFE and the mechanic advantages of lip seal technology are now also available in diameters starting at 2 mm.

Static and dynamic seals
Simrit Forseal PTFE lip seals are used for lifting, turning and swivelling motions, as well as in purely static sealing solutions. This range can be manufactured from different PTFE materials. This makes it just perfect for a great number of applications. For example, Forseal lip seals made of standard PTFE compounds are resistant to hydraulics liquids, oil, water, vapour, air, solvents, pharmaceutics and foodstuffs.

Higher product diversity, more usage possibilities
For very special requirements, e.g. in medicine technology, Simrit Forseal offers PTFE lip seals made of application-specific compounds. Application examples include miniature valves and actuators where sensitivity and low breakaway torques are required, e.g. for small dosage valves or radiator thermostats. The new small-size Forseal lip seals now make it possible to use this product for a far wider application range, including micro pumps, needle-valve nozzles and any type of miniature valves.
